Presentación

Leading Change and Innovation is a 4-day highly interactive, non-lecture based workshop. It is composed of a mix of content, group experiential learning, and personal development. Participants also bring and work on their own projects and challenges to maximize the impact the program will have on their respective organizations and on themselves.

Dirigido

The program is designed for executives catalyzing innovation in their organizations and in the wider society, including but not limited to leadership, strategy, marketing, design, R&D and technology.

The most important requirement is that the participants want to learn collectively about leading innovation in an increasingly changing and challenging world. They want to make a difference and are prepared to experiment, challenge their mental models, and be open to personal change

Objetivos

Participants leaving the course will develop:

New perspectives on the emerging future at a social, organizational and personal level, and the chance to explore what is important for them to focus on
Insight into leading-edge approaches to social and organizational change – from a leadership, change and innovation perspective
Their vision of what senior leadership in the 21st Century could look like and how to make it happen in the real world
Deep insight and get support for developing their own personal leadership practice – tailored specifically to each participant
An intimate peer learning group that accelerates their learning during the program
Participants leaving the course will develop their leadership plan further via one-two-one coaching sessions before and after the program
